You are not permitted to join claims with others, participate in class actions, or act as a representative in legal proceedings. While you retain the right to seek legal counsel, all claims must be addressed individually.
By accepting these terms, you (i) acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement, (ii) agree to comply with all rules, obligations, and guidelines for each specific game, and (iii) confirm that you are authorized to agree to this Agreement. CelestialRuneQuest.com may also introduce additional terms, rules, or conditions specific to certain games ("Additional Terms"), which will be incorporated into this Agreement. By continuing to install, access, or use any games after the introduction of Additional Terms, you agree to those new terms.
CelestialRuneQuest.com reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Modified" date, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If any updates occur, we will notify you by displaying an announcement within the relevant game or, at our discretion, by sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of the games after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue your use of the games.
Your use of and access to the games are subject to the license terms specified in this Agreement. By installing, accessing, or playing any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the license terms and conditions ("License Terms"). If you disagree with or do not fully understand these terms, you should refrain from using or participating in any games.
